Book the tours.
Your client goes first.
Right after they pick their buildings, your client taps the times that work for them. Theirs is the hardest schedule to fit, so the tour is built around it.

Listing brokers get a simple question.
Each listing broker is asked about your client’s times only, which gets a faster answer than an open-ended “when can you show it?” The requests go out once you approve them.
Your own time comes from your calendar, so nobody has to ask you.
The tour is set in driving order.
Once the answers are in, the tour is built where everyone’s times overlap, in the order that makes sense on the road. You approve it, and everyone gets the invite: your client, you, and each listing broker.
Confirmed the day before. Followed up the day after.
Everyone is reminded the day before, so nobody shows up to a locked building. The next day, a follow-up asks your client which buildings they liked, and those go straight into the LOI. From there, Negotiate and close and Get paid finish the deal.
