Disclosures, agency forms, signatures and initials are all checked. When someone signs for a company, the Secretary of State records are checked to confirm the signers hold the officer titles needed to sign for it.
A pass, or exactly what to fix.
If everything checks out, the deal moves on. If something is missing or off, you and the broker are told exactly what it is, before it becomes a problem.
